I have been in New Home sales-related positions for 30 years and general real estate and contracting prior to this. I have been with Brookfield for 21 years and was instrumental in creating our focus on customer experience. Our Sales Teams are consistently achieving top 5% across North America and held the top honor in their reliant category 4 years in a row. I prefer helping and growing people to designing processes or completing tasks. I get more satisfaction in earning a solid relationship than I do a solid paycheck.
